Daniel Cook has a long-standing commitment to public service, with more than 21 years of experience in Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement. He is currently serving his third term as Taylor County Coroner, following prior service as a Deputy Coroner. Throughout his career, Daniel has earned numerous certifications and commendations, including four unit citations recognizing his direct involvement in life-saving rescues.
Daniel met his wife, Paige Thompson, in 2010, and they were married on June 21, 2014. Paige is a teacher with Campbellsville Independent Schools, and together they have two children. Daniel remains deeply invested in his community, serving on multiple boards and committees, participating in civic organizations, and helping coach youth sports.
A native of Princeton, Kentucky, Daniel moved to Campbellsville in 2006 to study Pastoral Ministries and Psychology at Campbellsville University. His dynamic preaching ministry has taken him across the United States, speaking at revivals, schools, jails, and in community outreach settings. Daniel’s passion is to see lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and he currently serves as the Pastor of Upper Room Church in Campbellsville
